Color Science is based on well founded principles. However, two people viewing the same color sample will generally describe it differently. For that reason, we exist.

Nick Hale, the founder of our mother company Hale Color Consultants, Inc., has been assisting industries and companies within those industries standardize their color systems for decades. And, he developed or helped develop most of the products that we offer for sale.

Nick has worked with industries ranging from television to photography to printing to manufacturing. He has developed standards for calibrating cameras, for producing images & colors and to enhance product marketability and/or safety. Nick is also very active in the color science community, as a member of several national or international associations or organizations that routinely set color standards.
